hahaha.. $1100 for 16gb...

Here's a thought..

buy three or four 2gb cards @ $50 a pop, and a $600 80GB Epson P-4000 with hip pouch, and save yourself a whole boat-load of money :)

And.. less chance of having 16GB of data corrupted accidentally ;)

Why in the world would they even make that when you can easily store much more information than that on the road for about 1/10th of the price?

ETA: Dammit. Too slow.

Btw, I have not done any recent research but I remember someone posting this a while back Wolverine 40GB FlashPac 7000, 7-in-1 Portable Data Storage Device & Media Reader - $149

That's way too much money. I'd much rather have a few 2Gig cards and not have to worry about a whole 16Gigs of photos getting lost if one card craps out.

i dont understand it, I would much rather get 16 1GB card, the chance is too large that the 16GB is gonna fall and die or get lost plus if that baby is curupted your, well... you wont be happy.

The only reason I could think of for having this is for that 160 Million Pixel Seitz camera.
