Warning! Warning! Close encounters with Bear_Music can cause serious (and I mean SERIOUS) damage to your credit cards! The guy loans you stuff that's way better and more cool than what you have - like, say, you have a POS tripod you've had since high school that you bought at K-Mart "in the day" and he lets you use his Manfrotto. Or you go see one of those famous Bear shooting locations and he hands you a 10-22 and lets you play with it. Then... THEN... he takes you to a camera store where the guy knows him by name and is more than willing to spend time to show you all the goodies that you might want.
I'm only thankful that the guy didn't have the 60mm macro.
Pictures to follow if I ever get any processed. :-) Oh, and it's LOVELY at Cape Cod this time of year!
By the way, those Manfrotto things are awesome but they weigh a ton. Any suggestions for how a 100 pound weakling can drag one around without hiring a sherpa? Actually, I like the idea of hiring a sherpa...

At least you're having fun. That's what matters.

Ya, Bear, tell me again what head you had on your manfrotto? |

3031 three-way. That's not what I got, though, because they didn't have it at the store. Now go get one so I'm not the only one under the influence.

Hope you had better weather than we did on My visit with Robert early this year! I think a chunk of my arse didn't thaw until June! It was a blast anyway tho... |

Weather was gorgeous. Not enough clouds for Robt's taste, but a lovely calm clear blue kinda day that was delightfully cool but not at all cold.
And here's proof that Karma has a butt, for those of you who doubted.
