I took these almost 2 weeks ago actually, but I was waiting to see if I got anything better for the Free Study, and, well, I did.

We went down there to see my pictures on display, and also hang around in town that weekend. At the fair there was this show of some BMX and skateboard riders that travel around to different fairs and stuff. It's called 'maximum velocity'.

Anyway, here's the pictures - All of them were shot on my 350D, 28-75mm, polarizer, fill flash, 1/200th and f/5.6.

Flair:

Indy Nosebone(I think, not knowledgable about skate tricks):

Tailwhip:

Air out:

Suicide no-hander:

Footjam whip:

Nosedive 3:

Superman seatgrab:

Enjoy.. comments/telling me they suck and I need to stick to landscapes and candids welcome. :p

The shots where the guys make it high enough to mostly clear that tree in the background are the best, they really stand out. They don't suck. If I were into this sport, I'd probably be more into these photos. Wonder how they would look cropped tighter so they look less like examples of tricks and more like closeup action shots?
