I would love to see a situation like that we have, when we send private messages to each other and other members, as we can tick a box to have a copy of that message sent back to us.
I would love to see a copy of the message, request, or problem, that we send to site council, and administators, be returned to us, in a similar manner, if possible.
We could then have a recond of what we have sent to them.
I love to see this happen if possible please.
What do others think about this idea.

| Any SC Ticket responses will have your original message quoted, so essentially you already have a record. |

Yes I understand that, but sometimes it is awhile before we get an answer, and I for one can't remember exactly what I have written.
I like to be able to re check what I sent, so as to "add" or "change" something to the origional letter if necessary.
Also I once sent an image in, to be checked if I passed the rules, re a challenge. I did receive quite a few messages back, that they were still thinking about it, but never got a reply to saying it was approved or valiadated. I didn't know until after the challenge results were posted. That was a very long week for me, and had nothing to really respond to you about re a copy of my origional letter.
Also if you get a copy immediately, like private messages, you have the chance to correct yourself, it you stuffed up in that origional request. I always seem to be able to see my mistakes with something written after posting, rather than when I write it.

I never needed a copy of what I sent, but I was wondering, doesn't the checkbox below work?

I know the feeling. I have sent tickets to the SC over the last month for different reasons and still heard nothing. I figured either they were too busy or it wasn't important enough to warrant a reply. You never really know if they have been received or not. Especially with the computer problems that everyone seems to experience.

Hmm, then this suggestion probably is pointing towards the Site Help PM box, isn't it? Yup, I dont see a "send me a copy" option there. |

It isn't on the box in the "Help" section on the top tab, re contacting "site council" and "administrators" section box.....
Yes, I would like one, like we have when we send messages to each other at DPC, re members.....
