the mirrors on eigther side (are 2" apart and) reflect to a center mirror which dilivers an evenly split image to the CCD or film plain.....and then you have you sterio pair right there....its quite simple really and takes some of the havic out of shooting 2" apart and all that.

*hijack if you guys like sterio so much try giving anaglyph a try its just as cool....and you need not cross your eyes....See struggling thread here
