How do I make it so I'm more visible in this? I have the camera set on bulb and the flash goes off when I start.

have you tried a longer exposure and perhaps a slightly smaller aperture?

Probably the most efficient way would be to have someone "paint" you with a flash light during the exposure. And use no flash.

Would be great if I had someone to do it, but I'm all alone.

Don't happen to have a strobe light around do ya? ;-)

Try pointing a light directly at you. A desk lamp or any pointable light.
