That's why I won't normally see a movie if I've read and enjoyed the books; for example, "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest". No matter how good an actor Jack Nicholson is, he can NOT be the McMurphy of the novel. |

It's funny what people think they can do with the budget they propose and without an inspection to know what they're getting into. |

the first house I bought (not to flip) was inspected and still turned out to be a huge headache. I tell you next time I buy, I will be a heck of a lot more careful and find an inspector who I somehow know via friends.
Thankfully now all the awful stuff got fixed.
