How about a challenge based on those PSAs that are ever popular.
Things like the "Just say No" to drugs campaigns or the stuff push to get people not to smoke.
It wouldn't be restricted to only real harmful issues, you could do one warning about the dangers of choking on pretzels or something humorous.
Text would be allowed of course.

i was in first year university when mrs. reagan's 'just say no' campaign was in full swing. htere were many coloured photocopies of a cheesy poster saying 'drugs, just say no!' everywhere on campus.
well, just asking for abuse, realy, weren't they?
my roommate and i 'liberated' many of these, altered them slightly, then put them up on our dorm room door. they now said things like; 'nude skydiving; just say no!', and 'hyena shit; just say no!'
those are the only ones i can remember at the moment. it was a very long time ago...
a good idea for a challenge.
edited to correct; 'just say ni' (we are the knights who say Ni!, and we require a shwubbery...)
