This may sound really stupid, but I was wondering how you people do the text cross-out on goals, etc. on profile pages. I'm new here, so don't know much about utilisation of this site. |

without the spaces use [ strike ] and [ /strike ]

acutally, it's forum code, similar to html but uses brackets instead of < these > |
