Are there any good books out there that anyone here would recommend? Something that would serve as a basic guide to doing wedding photography.... ya know, so I just don't leave anything out. |

A good read is on Al Jacobs website, who originally I believe coined the term Bridezilla back in '75.

About halfway down the left hand side is a link to 'The book' under the weddings heading. It's a 79 page pdf.

Can you be more specific?
there are books on style (classical/traditional/PJ. etc)
there are books on the business aspects
there are books are album design and sales
Most i find a general overviews, so most any one or three would be fine. You can find lists of what to shoot on many bridal websites on the web.
lilley has a book on the business of running a photography studio taht is quite good and covers many apsects of the photo biz.
