Oh, now the ribbons are gonna rolllll in. Oh yeah.

So - after installing, what cool thing should I do first? The floor is open ...

edited to add I already bought neat image, and I've been using it in Fireworks.

buy some cool plugins. ; )

Learn layers....levels, curves, hue/sat, selective color. All these are layers that help the photo...

Learn the burn, dodge and sponge tool.

Spend another $80 and get a WACOM Tablet.....NOW !

Investigate Smart Sharpen, it's a much tastier alternative to USM. :)

now that you have CS2 you should come over to my house and show me how to use it. I've had it for over a year now and still PHHFFFT nada!!! Mind boggling program. I suppose if I did know how to use it though I'd probably get into trouble at the newspaper. hehehe magic smoke clouds on the horizon.

Photoshop for Photographers. is the best book. I have it and use it often!

Thanks! It just arrived. Looks like quite a reference! I've already learned a few things.

This book also looks interesting, and got great reviews. I just went with the other because it was written specifically for photographers.
