I'm in Human Resource.. Doing operations support for a foundary..

What about you guys?

which foundry ?

lately -mostly- front end support / in the fun time it was more asic (real layout stuff ) now all IP blocks & verilog ...

Application Specific IC? Which company are you from?

I'm from in Chartered. not much foundary to choose from right? hehee

ah ..
we are now Mtekvision Canada(as of last year)
used to be Atsana - which used to be Lumic

we have been through a few foundries over the years (but not Chartered .. yet)

the stories i could tell .. but not in public ... ;)

It's been a very fun industry..
with lots of changes.. Well... share those stories.. Offline I meant.. :)

Never been in semicon, but pretty much everywhere else... microelectronics, SMT, PWB fabrication, Electronics Materials, and currently with an EMS serving the high reliability sectors: telecon, midical, military...
Never a dull moment in electronics.

Never worked for the fabrication part, I only work on the design side and get our designs fabricated at TSMC
Only worked on the CMOS technology..
