On some profiles I see a section for "Selected Photographs from Portfolio"

How do I do that? I'd rather have that than my "Recently Uploaded Photos"

go to preferences, and you will see it in there

Go to My Home > My Preferences and check the box in the lower-left corner of the page, then click on the link to select the photos.
