I swear I saw someone post this exact same question a while back, but don't remember the answer and can't find the post. I uploaded a panoramic image to DPCPrints and want to order it, but when I try, it gives me every size available with the exception of 6x30 or 12x60. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I'm sure it's something simple...
Thanks so much.

The panoramic sizes are only available from the public store, at least for now. There's two workarounds:
1) Lower the public price to your cost, place and complete your order, and then put the price back up.
2) Order on the next-largest size paper and request no cropping. For example, I have a 12x6, which I could order on 12x8 and then trim off the extra white. Or I might even stick two copies together, and then get a 12x12 and cut it in half. Nothing keeping you from ganging up more than one photo on a sheet. |

Thanks so much! I'm glad someone had an answer. I was really confused. I'll just go in and change the price. |
