I would like to see a special Fall Color challenge that would have submission dates extended lik free studies throghout October. This would allow almost everyone (in the norrhern hemisphere) to get a shot at peak colors.

Uhmm, not to be contrary, but I live in an area where "fall colors" don't happen, it's green here year around -- and what about southern hemisphere where it would be spring colors?

I like the suggestion but don't you think maybe we should have two running side by side so that others who will be experiencing spring shoot photos of that instead?

I dunno, law of averages, most people live up north. I don't care how it's implemented. If someone wants to run a fall/southern challenge in our Spring, that might be cool too. Have dual 30days every 6 months with fall/spring spring/fall in October and maybe April/May?
Cindi - Sorry can't help ya there. But that's why I wanted a special challenge, the regular challenges would still be running.
