Well I just re-edited from scratch for the 3rd time. I had done the last edit at 640 px. I really wanted to take advantage of the 720 px size limit. Glad I did. I love the big image.

I like this image, but like everyone else, I'm a bit aprehensive of the pending killer images we're about to see. I hope I can hang with them.

If I can only do as well as I have in the past on Free Studies.

Free Study X: . . . . . . 21/619 (97%)
Free Study IX: . . . . . . 138/513 (73%)
Free Study VIII: . . . . . 7/509 (99%)
October Free Study: . 3/488 (100%)
Masters Free Study: . 3/69 (97%)
June Free Study:. . . . 280/384 (27%) *cough* (shhhh - hide this one)

At least I know I have a 50/50 chance of making the top 50...

I am getting all nervous...I Really like this image, but usually the ones I like don't fair well.
And I know all the big hitters are in this....

umm, me :D well sometimes. not much lately I guess. helps when you work in the evening and have to wind down doing something.

To all of you staying up for rollover - be kind, think happy thoughts, and may your 1, 2 and 3 keys be broken.

I won't be waiting up - rollover's gonna take ages and someone (bless their little heart) set up a meeting for 7 am tomorrow. Followed by meetings at 8, 9, 10, and 1. So far. On a Friday. Before a three day weekend.

So be kind to my mediocre picture, OK? :-)

7 AM... HA... I have to be at work at 5AM. At least I get of at like 1:30 for the holiday weekend. I won't really even be able to vote during the weekend. I will be on dial up.

My problem is the one I would use for the free study I think people would know it's me because I posted shots from the same shoot. Really didn't give the free study thought at the time. Oh well. Next time.

After my Scene It fiasco I'm just happy that the voters can't interpret the challenge definition differently to me ;)

Enter anyway. I haven't looked at your portfolio for awhile, and even if I had, it wouldn't matter. As to anonymity, for free studies I don't really mind if I recognize something or not. It doesn't effect the way I vote.

Agreed. With ~700 entries, having more than a handful of voters remembers something posted earlier and relating it to your entry is probably not going to affect your end score. If you like it, toss it in there and see how it goes. :)

Thank you, ma'am! Though I'm betting with 700 entries, mine will never get past thumbnail view... I'm gonna say 100 votes, tops. (And to all of you who receive the one dollar bill in the mail, please to go find mine and give it a 5 - thanks.)

There isn't really a true rollover tonight, you know. Nothing to tabulate. It just has to take a couple seconds, if that, to move Free Study from one side of the page to the other ;-)
