Slowly, slowly, I'm reprocessing a dozen shots to be included in a portfolio. I took this shot in March in Miami Beach and like it, but never got anybody's opinion on it.

Worthy?



EDIT: I just updated the version to match closer to my final edit.

It's a good photo, though I wouldn't put it in a portfolio. To me there's nothing special really about it. Just my 2c...

weell i think the pastels tones are cool but i think you have more interesting pics ;)

While I like it I think you have much better ones, just from what you have shown here.

Edit to add: did you write the word lunch on it?

It's a lovely image but it felt to me like the framing wasn't specific enough.

Here's what I saw when I looked at it the first time.



Something like that, anyway.

It certainly is a bit different that my other stuff. Maybe it's part of the reason I was working on it. There was certainly some serendipity in having this car parked in front of this building at the right time.

Ok, I'll take it under advisement. It really is extremely hard to come up with 12 shots which I'm happy with so we'll see.

Actually the original says "Lunch & Dinner". I cloned out the Dinner and centered the Lunch. I also cloned a ton of christmas lights hanging down.

i don't know doc... the photo's kinda dull to me... i do like fromac's crop a little better, but it still doesn't... eh... you know... whatever...

maybe a square crop? all of the width, from the bottom up... ?
