I didn't feel much like doing homework last night, so I drove myself, camera, and tripod down to the pier to take some sunset pics. As I neared the beach I found that the warm weather brought in some thick clouds for the evening and consequently there was no visible sunset. So I thought I'd try my hand at some night shots, focusing on long exposures. Here are my results. Comments and critiques would be super duper great!!

Great job. I'm just up the road from you in Huntington Beach and am thinking about doing something similar this evening. It would be helpful if you could post the exposure time, aperture, and other camara settings.

They rock. There really isn't one that I don't like. But I really really like the ones under the pier. The colors and dreamy quality are fantasic.

I will post the aperatures and shutter speeds as soon as i get home. I am at work right now, and don't have the file info. I'll do it ASAP!!! :) Thanks a million for the comments so far!!

they are really good, great management of exposure, how you said is a practice and you did well.
