Ok, I know that this is already an issue. I received a comment from a "hidden" individual well today I thought I would go check out this persons comment...and their comment history. But why does someone leave a crappy comment, and then doesn't give you a suggestion on how to make the shot better...it would have been better to receive a comment that says you suck as a photographer, just throw away your comment.
but anyways...just gettin something off my chest... |

Now, that's where I strongly disagree. Taking/submitting a "bad" picture does not make you a bad photographer or a bad person. It is this false connection which leads to a lot of unnecessary bad feeling.
I can easily believe that a person could not like a picture, but not be able to articulate exactly why, nor pretend to have the technical expertise to be able to tell you how to "fix" it.
If the comment violates the site TOS, then report it. Otherwise it's best to just ignore it. |
