Hi dear DPC's and a good weekend to you all.
For the ones that are not in vacation or at the beach here's a quick question.
Could you post the model release that you have for your models to sign? I have one that was given to me by a college but I think it is so complex that people don't understand it or start gatting second thoughts about doing the photos. So I think I need a more "user friendly" but legal one.
And if you pay a model to take some shots for commercial purposes (stock for example) do you make her/him sign the model relesae or do you do a working contract?

Model Release
Got this one from the book of Legal Forms for Photographers, tweaked it to suit what I do, and voila, a simple model release.

Hmmm, short and sweet...I like it. Is this the only one you use or do you also have another more detailed one for certain situations? |

I don't HAVE many situations. I'm only on my 3rd model, but I have a few that I want to go back to and get releases from to use the images for my portfolio. |
