What color quality setting is everyone using? I have been using 32bit, but my adobe books say 24 or 16. Which is better?

If you are talking about your monitor, than Adobe says 24 or 16 because 32 can cause slow flash movie playback.

32-bit.

If you notice a slow down when the screen is refreshed, drop it down a notch. But unless you have an old video card you're not likely to notice much of a difference -- with the exception of more natural looking color in images.
