What color quality setting is everyone using? I have been using 32bit, but my adobe books say 24 or 16. Which is better? |

If you are talking about your monitor, than Adobe says 24 or 16 because 32 can cause slow flash movie playback.

32-bit.
If you notice a slow down when the screen is refreshed, drop it down a notch. But unless you have an old video card you're not likely to notice much of a difference -- with the exception of more natural looking color in images.
