Ok well a friend of mine sells Pampered Chef stuff and any ways she is hosting this party were people like this come together and advertise there stuff and try to help each other sell there products ( like Mary Kayâ€Â¦Pampered Chefâ€Â¦. Ect.) any ways my friend asked me to if I would be willing to give away a free Photo sitting like something worth like $30.00 for a drawling give away. Soooo I get to set up a Table and advertise at this party and schedule appointments and stuff. So I’m really in need of some help and ideasâ€Â¦to help sell. I would like to blow up some images to show I can do wall decoration as well as family pictures and kidsâ€Â¦. Pets what everâ€Â¦.. any way your 2 cents is much needâ€Â¦.. on what pictures i shouild use and stuff like, or any other pictures i should try taking, i have till 10.24.06 to get something together..... Thanks

Ill probably end up using all of these ones... just to blow up and set on the table... i need some to be i little bigger like Wall hanging stuff. like the Tree pictures and the dark clouds.... i wants to have some for sale on the Spot As well......

| OK - just my opinion, feel free to disregard... I couldn't be dragged to one of these things until I had kids. The vast majority of your targeted audience here will have kids. If you want business, take some portraits of kids! That is about the only thing the vast majority of these women will want to order. |

What kdsprog said. Promote kid photography. Have some of your other stuff there as portfolio type thing, but really show what you can do with the kids. As a Mary Kay consultant, probably 85% of the women I deal with are mothers or grandmothers. There will be very few (if any) men there, and they are bored husbands, dragged along, probably newlywed.

LMAO... this is the truth i know this feeling been married workin on 2 years and i have done this...
Ok Sounds good true ture about the Kids i might just go out to parks and do Candid shots of Kids. and call some friends and do some frees stuff to help promote and set the set done.... I think some will be yonger cround too as well between 21 and 35 ish so should i waist my time and Blow up any kind of IMgae stuff...?? |

| Chris, just a caution - be careful going to parks to take pictures of kids. Obviously we know your intentions, but some do not take kindly to young men hanging around parks taking pictures of kids. |

Yes Im going there Loaded..... with Candy that is =) im just playing no i was just going to go and ask a few parents if they mind if i snap a few shots for me to use for advertisement...might word it differently but i planed on asking 1st or just have some of my friends with kids bring there kids to the park or something...

Bring a model release with you for taking pictures of the kids. That and a business card should help make you seem legit. Maybe even canvus around your neighbourhood, for kids shots. That way get both extra business and a portfolio. (excuse all the spelling mistakes half asleep still).

Thats a good idea.... Since i have some time to put together some stuff.... On the release should i just print a few from the Internet or what... im still working on the busness cards.. |

| Just a follow up on this.... well it turn out great we had alot of people shwo up to this.... i handed out about 100 business cards, and i think i may have 1 wedding from this. I did give out a free phot shoot and prints for a give a way and the lady that won was very excited. |
