| Does Canon Rebel XT have a built-in infrared? because im planning to buy a infrared remote |

| The remote control RC-1 works with it if that is what you are asking. Costs about 25 bucks and is infrared. If you are asking does it take IR pictures, no, not without modification. |

na im talking about that one. but im not sure if i should buy it off ebay. seems unsafe. and might get broken during shipping... |
