If they ask to give proof of a photo does the timestamp have to be on it??

| The date from the Exif data should show the time the photo was taken. |

| You need to send in the unaltered original, straight from the camera. Your EXIF data must be intact so they can verify the date. |

send them the file that came from your camera.
to be on the safe side, ALWAYS copy your files from your camera to your harddrive. then make a copy of the files you want to edit. that way, you'll always have an ORIGINAL file on your harddrive. |

Yeah, you need to ship your entire camera via UPS or Fed-Ex.
