i guess one thing i've learned from photography and definately in dpchallenge.. is to see the fault in your own perspective.. i guess if left unchecked everyone will think what he see is what there is...
you take a picture, you edit it. you stare at it 10 times a day and you submit it, thinkin to your self.... mmmmm i've really out done myself .. this is Flawless...
3.5 minutes later after the first few comments.. you realize that maybe it is indeed underexposed, how did i miss this distraction... of course it needs to be brighter... my god this is not sharp at all..
i guess the same goes to one's view on things...
i guess we all can be wrong..
mmm except those of you who win blue ribbons after another, you'all right... u neva' wrong :)..

I have learned that there is no such thing as the perfect photograph, it just does not exist. Art is a very subjective matter and what you think is absolute genious is total rubbish for someone else and vice versa. Unless you are taking photographs for other people (ie: you are being paid to take them or as specifically asked for something), you should really take them in such a way that it pleases you. After all, this is supposed to be fun and more importantly, for YOU. You will not find "happiness" in this hobby if you are constantly taking pictures or processing them to please everyone else, you will eventually feel empty and sold out. So, my advice is, do what makes you happy and don't worry too much about what others think because you will NEVER be able to please everyone AND yourself. Just my two cents.
