Hey that's not a pillow! Which reminds me a biker almost went splat today. I was driving side by side with a pickup truck going 70 MPH and this motorcycle comes out of no where and squeezes through us going over 90. Then afterwards he is doing pop a wheelies and bouncing his bike all over the road. That was my Stupid Stupid shot right there but damn I was too busy driving. :(

Up and under - Rugby term - it's height, not distance that counts here.

You need to put the ball as high up into the air as you can.

The more hang time, the more chance for your team to get under the ball - and the more pressure on the opposition.

These kicks can be pretty hair-raising if you're on the receiving end!
