| Call me stupid, but what is Promotion / Gift Code when you join? I wanted to join but I'd like to know what this is so I can put it in when I sign up. Anyone got insight? It says something about being applied at the PayPal stage or something. |

Promotions are if we're running some kind of promotion... like discounted membership... but we're not. Gift code is if someone has purchased membership for you as a gift. You simply need to leave that box blank if you have neither.

Speaking of memberships, do they automatically renew if you bought a one month membership? I had wanted to go in an buy the year but couldn't figure out how and now my month is about up and I'll have to renew for the next month before I can afford the year.

They do not auto-renew, and unfortunately, we haven't coded renew yet. When your membership expires, you'll receive an e-mail -- you can just log in and resubscribe right after that happens. Hopefully that's not too much of an inconvenience. Glad to see you'll be sticking with us! :)

Have you thought of setting memberships up as subscriptions with paypal? It's not that hard to do (heck, I managed it LOL).
Just a thought.

We don't plan on sticking with PayPal for a very long time... Just long enough to get on solid feet.
