This picture won "Most Photogenic" in a local beauty pageant:

These are some of the pictures I did for some of our rising seniors (that I accidently shot in landscape instead of portrait orientation). I'm thinking about offering a re-shoot on the boy because I'm not crazy about his.

nice shots, but the titles could use some work ;-)

The skin tones and everything look really good, but a couple of them look rather unnaturally squished inward...?

PS -- Congrats on the contest -- well deserved!

How did you crop them? Did you use free transform or something? They look squashed from the sides.

Congrat's on the pageant photo acknowledgement. In looking at the senior pic's it appears that you may have forgot to toggle the "keep aspect ratio" when you resized?

LOL! That's from where I pulled them in from my Costco albums. I uploaded them to Costco's site from home, which took ALL DAY because of our crappy dial-up connection. So, I just did right-click saved them when I was ordering my prints from Costco. LOL!

I am soooo glad I invested in a flash instead of buying a new lens. It helped so much.

That might be it.
