Konador, are you out there? Anyone else?
I submitted my original bits and pieces entry for validation since I'll be out of town next week. Ben asked me for detailed editing steps.
When I hit "reply" it didn't go through.
Do I open a new ticket? Send a PM to him? Something else? |

If Konador asked for editing details, PM them to him and he'll pass them on as necesary. I wouldn't submit another ticket as that will just add to SC's load... |

Yeh a PM should be fine :) I wonder why it didn't go through, strange!

Sounds like he tried to reply directly to the PM server which don't work... |

Yep, I was, because the incoming email didn't come with the usual link to send a return PM.
Anyway, I'll send a PM now.
Thanks! |

Replying to tickets is different to PMs, normally direct replies come straight back into our ticket system. Odd! |

Just resent using your email address instead of the PM system. You'll get it from my normal email address; I'd much rather use that for any further direct email traffic on this anyway. I just can't seem to get Verizon to accept PMs. I'm assuming it's a spam filter gone awry.
I'll forward the bounce message to you from my PM address so you'll have that, too. |
