| Is it possible to input unicode into memo fields such as the comments for photos? I have tried writing a few Chinese characters in them but they seem to revert to blessed ASCII. |

No, but thanks for ASCII-ing ;-)
Seriously, I do believe only the standard ASCII character set is supported, sorry to say. |
