I UPDATED DEVIANTART WITH YOUR SUGGESTIONS! :-D
7 photos stitched together from yesterday morning -- definitely worth getting up at 4 A.M.!
I've been away from photography for the past 2 months learning CS2, but I'm back and shooting like mad -- I'll have to wait until after August to share it all though...
But let me know what you think!
Bigger size here: //www.deviantart.com/view/37369496/
Thanks!
Lee

Oh hahahahah!!! I just noticed on one of your comments over there, someone asked "what kind of camera do you use, because the quality is amazing"
oh boy.... because super nice cameras are the key to good photography |

it's shots like this where I wish we could get ahold of a bigger canvas. Nicely done. I bet it looks 10x better at more than 640px.

I just commented:
Hey, thanks you all.
In response to jdannels, I'm aware of these spots, and they actually were worse when I originally uploaded it. So I will need to go back and make some changes with the merge -- I think I have some other shots where I can use your erasing technique. Then it's just a matter of dragging over some layers from the .psd and Voila! But that'll wait till I get it ready for printing.
In response to Beetle, feel free to upload your version and share it with me along with your parameters, I'd love to see what you're talking about.
Bear - I think that was what Beetle was getting at -- and I see the sky thing too now that I view it at 640px.
Each of these photos were at f/16 for eight seconds. It was really difficult to get a Pano this way as the light was changing FAST! I had my shutter release and my tripod and fired successive shots for a minute as the light was really getting nice. |
