I was taking some close-ups of plants, at a recent plant nursey, and due to my site, didn't like the look of these two new image.
I nearly deleted them, but pleased I didn't, and would love to know what you think of them.
I was taking images of some bright green leaves, over some textured tree stump bark.
The origional is also here, for you to see the differances I achieved, due to the focusing.
The other two have turned out very abstract.
I look forward to your comments.

 called "Leaf Mirage on Bark"

hey Sherpet,
looking at the thumbnails i liked the top one the best but after viewing them all i think the bottom one looks really good with the transperancy in the leaves. The only thing that for me takes away from the bottom image is the orange border around it, i can see why you chose orange but for some reason it just doesnt feel right.
well done and im glad you didnt delete them

Thanks so much for the suggesations re the rusty orange border, and I have now replaced it with a black border only, re both images.....

Has anyone else had a chance to look at my images, as I will return the favor re any comments made.
