Hi All,

I had a lot of fun shooting this.. and I thought I met the challenge well... Wanted to use shadows to tackle the B/W Challenge..

Would love to hear where I can improve on for this photo.. :)

sammigurl covered most of it in her comments.

The main problems I see is the 'banding' present on the surface of the egg. Either you introduced this in post-processing, or you selected the wrong quality settings when you were saving as JPG.

Plus, well.... to be brutally honest I don't find it a very interesting shot!
