Neat Image is (IMO) THE noise reduction software out there. I use it all the time. //www.neatimage.com . I believe they have a demo available. Worth the price....

Yeah, there's a downloadable trial version - not very limited either. Though I'm so impressed I'm going to give them some money.

Yep we paid up for this several months ago and we're still really happy with it - and one reason we paid up was because the free version gave us enough to show us what it could do...
