As promised. Here is my favorite shot of Sammy.
For those just tuning in, Sammy died this morning after a brief illness. She was 17, but until 3 weeks ago she was playful as a kitten.
Thanks everyone for letting me share this. I hope I haven't wussed out too much.

Not too wussy in my eyes...
I'm a big softie when it comes to cats... My cat was a great consolation to me through some very difficult times in my youth and I was deeply distressed at it's passing around 9 years ago.
Cats are wonderful animals. |
