for some reason all the font and things in DPC are teeny tiny. I just got the computer back from the shop and I can't get it back to the font sizes and whatnot that I had before. I can barely read anything! I've changed the DPI setting, went in and adjusted all the stuff for appearance and whatnot, but for some reason, DPC it still showing up really small.
Can someone help me please! |

I know I won't be much help in actually solving anything but..
you might want to include stuff like what browser you are using, what operating system.... I don't even know which details are going to be most helpful, but probably some more details would be. |

Try pressing alt (or is it control-the windows pic) key and rolling your mouse wheel up. Or go to the preferences and make it a bigger text size.

well i'm using windows xp home edition if that helps any. Internet Explorer.
I just don't get why everything else is normal now, but everything here is SO small!
I don't have the greatest eyesight to begin with, but this REALLY makes me feel blind as a bat. |

okay neither of those worked. I went to preferences on for my profile and there's nothing there about text size. And I've adjust all the preferences in windows and that did nothing for her.
I'm in another forum and things are fine there so it's just here. And the post and preview buttons on here are normal. Does that make any sense? no lol |

In IE, go to View and then Text Size. If it's on "small" or "smallest", bump it up. Just because it looks right on one page and wrong on another doesn't mean the problem is site specific. That can easily be due to coding differences.

What is your resolution set to out of curiosity? What did you change it too...
Anything over 1024x768 and the fonts and icons will get smaller and smaller.
It is your desktop that we are talking about and not just IE correct?
Andy
Edit: As I was...You stated DPC is small...What Karmabreeze pointed out should fix it.
Internet Explore drop-down menus
View > Text Size and choose the size that you are comfortable with.
If that don't do it and you think they messed with it at the shop reset IE
Tools > Internet Options > (I think it is) Programs tab > Reset Web Settings (I use IE 7 beta 3 and they moved it to Advanced tab) check your font size and set the View > Text size to what you want.

It's DPC that I'm talking about lol.
The resolution is what you put. I My edit, I was looking at something else. and what I've just typed here is HUGE lol. I know it doesn't look that way to you, but it is to me. So why everything else is so tiny is beyond me lol.

#1 did you try a reboot?
Sometimes windows gets confused.
Aside from that I can't help. Maybe try to upgrade to IE7? |

well it's improved a tiny bit, not much, but I basically put everything back to default everywhere else, and that helped a tad.
I'll get to the bottom of it by tomorrow lol
