If Yes then try going to help/contact...int it select general enquiry and send ur questions...they should get back to u as soon as possible
If u have already tried that too then i too dont know what to do....sorry

Hmm, is there any chance those emails didn't make it through the spam filter? I'll send you a pm for test if you like? I once had to wait for almost 3 full days for a photo to get validated. Not that I'm complaining, I'm just sure your emails are not being ignored.

No idea about that...i am new to DPC so cant say about that....

Nope. They did write me and me them, but they talked about other things with my Zen entry and never brought up my b/w when I asked directly. The tickets were never answered at all. I am checking my bulk, spam, and I get pop ups for my regular email. Nothing has come through. It's been sitting there for nearly the whole challenge. I think I was asked for validation on the first day :/

I remember reading in the "Ghost,...." thread that your problem is not related to Rikki's debacle.....So at least you can be sure that SC is aware of the problem.....

I read that to, but that was my Zen entry. I asked a few times about my b/w and that is the next big mystery. My zen disappeared when all that happened, and now my b/w is in limbo. Weird.

Well all i can suggest is try sending a ticket again elaborating your problem.....hope it works this time

I don't want this thread to go off track that far, but to be quick about it, I just don't know. I made sure everything was in perfect order at 10pm, and then went to watch a show. I came back at 5 minutes to 11pm and found it gone when I went to the "challenges" area. It just went missing, and I have no idea why. It just disappeared. They are saying I must have hit the unsubmit button my mistake, but I know I didn't do that. I clicked on the photo when I wanted to view it, and everything was there and in order at 10pm. So it is just lost in DPC land somewhere. Just another addition to this weeks mysteries I guess.

Nah. I sent in enough, and I know they are busy right now with the saga's going on. I just thought someone in here might know about how it works with this validation or with disqualified entries. Thank you anyway. Best wishes with your entry!

Well - doesnt look like I have to worry about holding out for a personal top 5 score. A handful of votes just brought me out of that range. Still gives my team a good score for the WPL (rapidly knocking on wood).
