I have an idea to help users receive comments. The problem is I am not good at coding a web page. I have been trying for days with no success. Here is what I would like to create if anyone has the answer on how to code this I would love to post it on my site so users can request comments.

I wanted to have a one-page web where persons could enter their picture number from DPC and submit it for comment/critique.

On the same page have a button users could click to comment on a picture that has been submitted in the form above. The output picture would be randomly selected when the commenter clicked the “comment” button and that picture number would then be removed from the list of pictures waiting for comments.

I know it would consist of a database and forms but just can’t seem to get them to work together. BTW I use FrontPage 98. It would be very similar to the CC page.
Any suggestions???

Might suggest an Sql Database is needed of some sort. I have been trying to get the back end of my river database going for some 3 months with no avail but have got the front side database creater working.
