What is your daily program re DPC.....For example; your daily diary habits re DPC.....
Mine is as follows;
Get up, and turn on the computer..... (Now go and spend some time on what one has to do, when they first get up) With my cup of tea or coffee, I then return to my warmed up computer screen, with its DPC home page.....
Check my scores re entries, and press the update button for the first time of the day...... (Either I have a huge smile on my face, or maybe a frown)
Now, I usually go to the "Photo" tab at the top, and check out "Browse" to see all the most recent commented on images. (I get a real buzz if I see some of my image there). I also take this time to check out if I like what I see of other people images, re recently commented images, and also new uploaded images as well, that I haven't seen before.
This is the time when I make my first comments of the day, re new images that O have seen and liked.
Now at this time, I usually check "my portfolio/profile", to see if anyone has left me comments, favorites, or to check my own questions and answers from the previous days threads.
Again, I always write a thank-you email, to those members who have added me as a favorite, or added one or more of my images to their favorites.....
By now, I am due to check up on the recent comments on the DPC threads. This may take ten minutes, or up to an hour, depending on how many threads that interest me. I may add some comments, or even start a new thread myself.
By this time I have also squeezed in at least three or four checks, on my "update" button, to check my scores.....
I am about due for a break by now from DPC, so leave DPC for awhile, to go back to the real world.....
Had my half and hour, or two hour break, and back again to check my emails, and also the update button at DPC..... I know by now, that I am completely addicted to DPC and my husband Peter, lets me be.
I re do all of the above, whenever I come back on line to DPC, re the "update button", Browse tab, my profile, the recent comments on threads, the challenges and voting, commenting, and contacting any members that I like to email, etc, for another couple of hours.....
Another break, but I often have lunch while at the computer.....
During my breaks from my computer my mind is nearly always on DPC matters, and always thinking of ideas re challenges.
I also spend my time away from the computer taking photos for myself, or for the challenges. I also spend a lot of time of preparing my props for the challenges that I enter.
Some days, I really don't know how I do it, as I squeese so much into a day, but I am retired, and do have health issues to deal with as well.....
After lunch, if Peter is having a nap, I am back onto the DPC site for an hour or two. Otherwise, this is the time we often go for a drive together, but I always have my camera with me just in case.....
The late afternoons are usually spent preparing and taking my photos, as this is nearly always the best light. I have also once again checked my "update button" a few times, and also re done my usual format on DPC site with the browse tab, and checked my profile again, and also the recent threads.
My dinner break is spent with my husband Peter, and the evening usually starts with maybe some quality time with him, and watching a couple of shows on tv together.
Now it time to o back on the web to my favorite site, yes "DPC", and re do all my favorite things all over again. This is also the time I spend many hours checking all the entries in the challenges, plus the recent challenge results. I now spend hours at the computer doing my favorite thing, and thats commenting and voting, as much as I can.....
I still occasionally check the update button. I usually stay up until the early hours of the morning, and finally go to bed after 1pm.
The very last thing I do before turning off the computer, yes, you guessed it, as I once again checked the "update" button again, for the last time..... I often go to bed, with either a smile or a frown, re the results of that "update" button.
Guess what, I then relax and enjoy my sleep, until I dream about "DPC", and hopefully winning that elusive "ribbon" one day.....
That is my daily movements, but what I enjoy most, is the wonderful friendships, and magical images that I have seen, each and every day, re DPC......
Thank you all so much..... What is your daily diary like re DPC, and maybe you can share your memories with us also.....

then read something (most probably technical book, but currently japanese grammer book).
8 am get ready for office,
in office work like pig (though i love my work)
after coming from office, and after dinner, again read something (technical again off course), while watching TV.
go to sleep around 11 pm (and yes if get little time , see on dpc forum whats happening).

Up at 7am, turn on puter, jug, fish tank lights, load dpc, make coffee and sit down to check out what's happening, click update button. Feed fish, birds, chickens, feed Bailey, check update button, rush into shower cos I'm now late for work.........off to work.
After work mostly popping in and out of dpc, checking update button, editing photos, working on iStock port, some nights sorting and editing pics for spca (work) projects. Last thing....check update button and forum.
