Simple question.....when you drag a photo onto a larger photo ( in this case a white background) how do you quickly and easily center it? I can move it around with the arrow and it LOOKS centered, but how do I know? There must be a fuction that does it automatically.

Hold the shift key while dragging.

I'll go sit in the corner and drool now.

Thanks

Another method, which is perhaps more useful in the long run, is to make a selection and then Layer > Align Layers To Selection and select what alignment you want.

In PSP, if you copy/paste it as a selection....it allows you to move it anywhere you want. If you copy/paste as a new layer...it centers it. Not sure if PS is the same.
