I need to find work. Soon, very soon. We are in a serious situation money wise and I need to start bringing in some income.
Only one little problem! ALL THE JOBS I AM QUALIFIED TO DO I CAN'T!!!
WHY?
MY #*&@*&#$*(@#)$&@#()* BACK!!!!
It's starting all over again! Slight bending, standing, picking stuff up, sitting too long it starts to get achy and sore and then I have to lay down for 15 minutes to calm it down! And do you think my insurance will pay for anything beyond an xray which showed NOTHING!?? OF COURSE NOT!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
I hate the idea of asking my doctor about disability since there has to be something I can do and bring in a steady income, but do you think I can find it?
I need to be able to work from home, on my computer where if I do get achy I can get up stretch, walk around, I can go at my own pace type thing. Not many jobs out there like that these days :(

If it's that bad, you're crazy not to seek disability; you've been paying into the disability insurance fund all your life...

I know but there has to be something I can still do, right? I can go and shoot stuff but I don't have the money to really get my business kickstarted with really nice flyers and business cards and such. I'm doing 10 promotional settings for people to beef up my portfolio and get some exposure but even that sometimes is hard. Today I shot donkeys, hamsters and fish. I did pretty well but right now my back is starting to act up and my shoulders this time. It all sucks :(
Okay, well, the pictures don't suck, LOL!
I will talk to the doctor on Wednesday and see what he says.

I had several friends go through this company... LiveOps
They are not a normal call center in that you are calling people, but you sit at home and they route incoming calls to you. I thought of doing it, but the best hours are nighttime and I really didn't feel like staying up all night. |

Thanks hun! Sadly they are not taking agents from NY right now ;( I tell you lately my job luck is just suckY!
But I will bookmark them and check back since most of my experience is in telemarketing, but again, I need to be able to set my hours and time sitting.
