The voting on 'LINES' challenge has just begun. I had started with a score of 6.80, when no. of votes were 5. With just 7 more votes, it has got reduced to 6.08.
Why does it so happen?
Where will it finish? |

your thread title made me think of Yanko after we found out he got beaten by Judi by just 0.07 points :p
ahem, ok... back to your question. It happens. The additional 2 votes may have voted low for you, OR, the original 5 voters may have changed their votes? It happens you know. |

| Keep in mind your score shows all votes but once the challenge ends any voters that didn't vote on 20% of the pictures will drop off. That can change your score a good amount at the end. |

You'll have a pretty good idea of where it will finish once it reaches 150 votes. It doesn't seem to change very much in any direction after that.

Hmmm, I just looked at my "tracking" from the last few challenges and you are right. At 150 it was within 0.2 of the final score in all cases! |

You know the average American "score" is about 5.25, so you are still well above the median. :-P |

Not to sound rude or anything but you have entered 43 challenges...you haven't picked up on this yet? None of your past entries have stayed the same from where they began in the beginning did they? I sometimes wish mine would.

Yes, you are right. I only wish it could stay at that level (6.8 or so). |
