I see a sale for a 20-D for $1499.99 Canadian including kit lens and an accessory kit that has a bag, battery grip, and battery pack.
Is this a good price, I'm having a hard time finding other Canadian places to check around. I'd ideally like to pick it up at a store, which I can do with this offer.
Any ideas?

Is this equipment new or used? A new 20D body at B&H would cost you approximately $1,000 USD which translates into approximately $1140 CDN. Also, you should also take into consideration the fact that if you purchase this item in the US, Canon Canada will not honour your warrantee... Don't ask me why...they just won't.

| B&H Photo should really be giving all of us an employee discount since we all seem to be sales reps for them. ;) |

This is just NOT true. Canon USA products are covered by Canon Canada warranty and vice versa. The warranty card says "Canon USA - Canon Canada" warranty. All my lenses were bought from B & H and they ALL had the "Canon USA - Canon Canada" warranty card, my 1D II was bought in Canada and has a "Canon USA - Canon Canada" warranty card. So you WILL be covered. |

My sincerest apologies for leading you astray... doctornick is absolutely right. I mispoke and that was based on an experience I had with a camera shop in Ottawa. I ended up driving to the Canon Offices in Montreal, where, much to my chagrin I found out that the problem I had encountered was NOT covered under warranty.
Again, sorry if I caused any problems.
(PS: I also have purchased all of my lenses from B&H and would recommend them to anyone.)
