How about a speed challenge that involves reprocessing an original photo that was entered into an earlier challenge. The original must be the same as the one initially submitted but you get to improve on the post-processing (cropping etc) based on users comments and new skills.

This could be combined with a test of speed voting.

I´d be game, even though I always try to keep processing at a minimum I have gotten much better at it, spend less time with better outcomes. I know exactly what image I would reprocess and entering this challenge would take me less than half an hour, 15 minutes finding the photo and something similar editing it and coming up with a new title :)

15 minutes? sheesh. talk about archiving ;-)

All DPC-entries are in one folder at my computer, with folders for each challenge, titled after the title of the photo...

or am I obsessive? :P

oh by the way, about the suggestion, I wouldn't really know what to enter. But I'm sure a lot of peope would like it :)

Hehe, what the heck is that word "archiving", don´t know that one :) Lol!

The exact location for all my photos is in my head and I have filled about 5 hard drives with photos so maybe I should start up with a system, just too lazy... I do have all challenge entries in full resolution, fully edited and all that in one folder. For this challenge I would find the original raw file and play around with it from scratch though and yup, that probably would take me 15 minutes or so :P
