My wife and I have several shows that we like to watch throughout the year (we live near San Diego):
1. Do You Think You Can Dance
2. CSI Miami
3. Survivor
4. American Idol
5. 24
6. Surface
7. Invasion
We just bought an HD TV (Samsung) and we are currently getting all of the primetime channels in high definition. But we haven't actually used the TV yet (just got it yesterday!). We're trying to figure out which of those shows (if any) are broadcast in HD. If anyone knows, we'd love to find out! Thanks a lot.

American Idol is for sure. I think 24 is too. Most of the prime time, network shows are if they are some of the biggies.

I would hazard to guess you would be best served by asking that very question from your service provider.

To follow up on RayEthier's comment, I already have contacted Adelphia to ask them what programs are in HD...their response, "I have no idea." You'd think they might understand some of the basics of their business, but they don't. Which would probably explain why they have almost gone bankrupt multiple times (we don't have a choice where we live though...it's either Adelphia or DirecTV...and I didn't want to have to buy the HD-DVR from DirecTV).
