i was at work today and my best friend/coworker brought her baby into the office for a few minutes...he was sitting up in her lap and i quickly grabbed the camera and snapped off a few shots...i'm really happy with them...these two shots are the very reason i take my camera everywhere i go everyday.

I like the first much better than the second... Mom's expression seems way off in the second shot. The first one is great though!
Get one printed and put it in a frame for a gift that mom will be sure to cherish. |

The first one has a lovely, protective intimacy about it. It's soft enough to convey that.
The second one - I agree with livitup that the mom's expression does not fit with the childs...but I love the child's expression. As a mother I know that relaxed, I'm ready for sleep look on his face...it makes me broody:) |

I much prefer the first of the two, and left a comment on the first image to explain my reasons why.
