I think if you click on it, the image will open up...I was checking out your prints the other day and noticed that too, but I was able to look at the couple that had that message...

It looks like they might have to be members to see them.
I could see all of your available prints fine while I was logged in, but when I logged out in the Print section and then went back, I wasn't able to see them.
I also did a search using "nude" as the keyword but didn't see yours come up (I did see a number of them that were covered with the "hidden due to adult content" though).
Interesting.
Oop, guess I'm wrong. I didn't click the image once it said hidden. :)

Yeah...that's what worries me. When people see a barrier they tend not to go past it. So how do we get that 'hidden due to content' removed...this is meant to be a print selling area...not control over what a customer should be allowed to see.

I dunno about that, as wee all know nudes are the most viewed pretty much no matter where you go. So my guess is the "blocked" thumbnails will attract people like moths to a flame. It may not help your sales, but I bet it'd help your views. |

It may be different for a customer though, I didn't click on it because I was testing the theory and didn't think to make sure it would open up.
If a customer is in the market for nudes I'd think the barrier would be an irresistable draw for some folks, almost compelling them to click and see what's "behind the curtain".
That said.. having to do that on a regular basis may prove an irritant and make people stick with what they can easily view as well.
Tough call!

Maybe DPC Prints can have a section purely for adult only...that way it is your choice if you want to advertise both links or not. That might work...kind of like an sub account.
