It's a bad picture. Harsh lighting/shadows and a distracting background. But it really fits my mood right now. Not totally in the light, trying to smile... I want to hold on but I know now I need to leave this crap behind.

Kelly, it's often one of the hardest things to do - to leave a relationship that means the world to you, but you know is destructive. Many people hang on too long and end up picking up the pieces for years.

This isn't even a romantic relationship - never was - but I'm so emotional about everything, hehe.

Friendships can be as strong or stronger than romantic relationships. It's hard to turn your back on something when you have invested a huge part of yourself. You sound like you are doing the right thing, for the right reasons...that's all you can do;)

First order of things:

Then, walk away from your computer, head straight to the bathroom, look in the mirror and smile.

Then comes the important things, like getting the focus and horizon straight on your pictures - j/k

May help to keep a toilet plunger nearby:

I'm going to try to head to bed now... thanks everybody :-)
