When I type in what I think is the right URL, it redirects me to the page for 18. ???

that's good...if it was wrong, you would get the error page
now you just need to get it to stop at the new page before it redirects you back... |

X = 10 Roman Numeral,
so maybe 1019, or 119,

decimal is base 10
another common computer related base is hex (16)...a good calculator will help! |
