And you don't have to make a reservation if you bringing a tent.

I leaving tomorrow evening at 11:00 PM arriving on Friday at 4:20 pm.

I'll be staying at the Stadt Munster and I have my fingers crossed that they give me a nice roomy tent...hopefully one with internet access???

Speaking about internet access, I hope enough people bring laptops so if I bring my external harddrive I can transfer my images onto it. I will bring my card reader, though that is probably unnecessary.

For those leaving today, have a good trip & see you there.
Still looking for one or two photographers to share a model shoot with me on Sunday morning.

I was thinking.. would anyone mind if we brought our handycam and make some short movies during the workshop / tour / beernights (;-) ??

I could bring one with me, if nobody minds to be caught on tape :-P

I'd prefer not to be filmed for the most part. A few seconds/minutes here or there is absolutely fine but I honestly might get annoyed after a while.

Sorry...don't mean to be a stick in the mud but I also don't want to feel self concious.

well somehow i made it to Toronto. How surreal...one minute I'm doing tequila shots in a tent at some rodeo, next minute i'm landing in Toronto. much of the credit goes to my best friend who managed to drag me off of the mechanical bull, get me home, and apparently convince me to pack. i don't actually recall the packing process, so I hope there's someone there my size with some extra clothes...i can't guarantee I remembered...well...anything other than my camera gear and my 'puter.

meeting joey and the fam for dinner in about 30 minutes.

hope all is well with everyone...looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Well it has started. The first guests arrived yesterday evening and we barbecued and drank whiskey, red wine and beer until 3am this morning. Pedro and Joey will be landing in Hamburg in about 2 hours and Nasti will pick them up from the train station, so I guess it will be barbecue and drinkies again this evening :) The weather is fantastic, sunny, cloudless and 30 degrees. Looks like we're going to be lucky with the weather this weekend!

Sounds like the fun is allready starting. I will buy loads of Pannenkoeken and stroop this afternoon and probably arive tomorow around noon.
I will take some Vodka with me in case that Pedro allready emptied all of your botlles ;)
